Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 2026
WatchQuant (operated by Lucca Levaggi, Florida, USA) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that market intelligence should be available to everyone, and we actively work to improve the accessibility and usability of our platform.
1. Our Commitment
WatchQuant aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility standard. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is widely recognized as the benchmark for accessible web content, covering a broad range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, speech, and neurological disabilities.
We are continuously evaluating and improving accessibility across the platform and welcome feedback from all users.
2. Current Conformance Status
WatchQuant is actively working toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We are in the process of auditing and improving all pages and components on the platform to meet this standard.
We conduct regular internal accessibility reviews as part of our development process and prioritize accessibility improvements alongside new feature development.
3. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility improvements are in progress:
- Price history charts and data visualizations: Some interactive charts may have limited screen reader support. We are actively working to provide accessible alternatives including data tables and descriptive text summaries for all chart content.
- Complex data-dense tables: Some market data tables are being reviewed for improved keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please let us know using the contact information at the end of this statement.
4. Measures We Have Taken
The following accessibility measures are currently implemented across the WatchQuant platform:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the platform, using appropriate heading hierarchy and landmark regions
- ARIA labels on all interactive elements including buttons, form controls, and navigation items
- Keyboard navigation support for all core platform features, including modals, dropdowns, and data tables
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA minimum requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images and icons
- Resizable text without loss of content or functionality up to 200% zoom
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements for keyboard users
- No content that flashes more than three times per second, reducing seizure risk
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
WatchQuant is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom and text resizing tools
- High-contrast display modes
6. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of WatchQuant. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you. Please contact us:
We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 2 business days and to resolve reported issues within 30 days where technically feasible. For complex issues requiring significant platform changes, we will provide an estimated resolution timeline.
7. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant disability rights authority or accessibility enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, this includes the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. In the EU, this includes national disability rights authorities and equality bodies.
8. Updates to This Statement
This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect improvements to the platform and changes in applicable standards. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
