Welcome to WatchQuant. By accessing or using watchquant.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WatchQuant.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing watchquant.com or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are accessing WatchQuant from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations. WatchQuant makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

2. Description of Service

WatchQuant is a luxury watch market intelligence platform providing:

• Secondary market price tracking and historical analytics
• Variant-level market data and pricing intelligence
• Portfolio tracking and watchlist management tools
• Price alerts and market insights for luxury timepieces

WatchQuant does not buy, sell, or broker watch transactions. We are a data and analytics platform only.

All market data is sourced from the eBay secondary marketplace and may not reflect all market transactions or real-time prices. Data is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Affiliate Disclosure — FTC Required

WatchQuant participates in the eBay Partner Network (EPN), an affiliate advertising program. When users click "Buy Now" links on the platform and make a qualifying purchase on eBay, WatchQuant may earn a commission at no additional cost to the user.

This affiliate relationship does not influence the objectivity of market data, pricing information, or Value Ratings displayed on the platform. Our data and analytics are based solely on market signals and are not affected by commercial arrangements.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

WatchQuant offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — $0/month, no credit card required
• Collector — $19/month or $190/year
• Analyst — $59/month or $590/year

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be applied.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues through that date.

WatchQuant reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.

Plan Changes: Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time through the account billing portal. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing period. Plan downgrades also take effect immediately, with a prorated credit applied toward the next billing cycle.

Trial and Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan during a free trial period, your trial remains active until the trial end date. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, at which point you will be billed at the new plan rate.

Switching Billing Intervals: Subscribers may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time through the billing portal. Stripe will calculate any prorated charges or credits based on the remaining days in the current billing period.

Payment Failures: If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over several days. During this period your subscription remains active. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will be revoked. You will be notified by email of payment failures.

5. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 14 days of the billing date. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. The prorated amount is calculated based on unused months remaining in the subscription period.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. WatchQuant reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive or in violation of these Terms. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access at [email protected]

Accounts found to be sharing credentials or being accessed by multiple individuals will be subject to immediate termination without refund. Each subscription is for single-user use only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, harvest, or redistribute WatchQuant data without prior written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform or its underlying systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or infrastructure of the platform
• Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or subscription restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit WatchQuant data or features without written consent
• Share account credentials or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair WatchQuant's reputation or services

8. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

All data, pricing, analytics, and market insights provided by WatchQuant are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. WatchQuant is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

Past watch values and market performance are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any investment, purchase, or financial decisions made based on information from this platform. Always conduct independent due diligence and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on WatchQuant — including but not limited to the platform design, data compilations, analytics methodologies, pricing algorithms, Value Rating systems, logos, branding, and text — is the property of Lucca Levaggi operating as WatchQuant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including US copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any WatchQuant content without prior written consent from WatchQuant. Unauthorized use of WatchQuant intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

WatchQuant integrates with and relies on third-party services including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Google (OAuth authentication)
• Vercel (hosting and infrastructure)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Cloudflare (CDN and security)
• eBay (market data source and affiliate program)

Your use of WatchQuant is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services. WatchQuant is not responsible for the availability, conduct, or policies of third-party services. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party service providers.

11. Data Accuracy

Market data on WatchQuant is derived from third-party sources and updated periodically. WatchQuant does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or real-time precision of any data on the platform. Market prices reflect data from secondary market listings and may not represent all transactions or final sale prices. WatchQuant is not liable for any decisions made based on platform data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WatchQuant and Lucca Levaggi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, investment value, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any errors or inaccuracies in market data
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal data
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to WatchQuant in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WatchQuant, Lucca Levaggi, and their respective agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the platform.

14. Termination

WatchQuant reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, or WatchQuant, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding subscription fees for the current billing period remain due and payable. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in or receive relief from a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against WatchQuant.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or other irreparable harm.

16. Changes to Terms

WatchQuant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of WatchQuant after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
