Refund Policy

WatchQuant is committed to being transparent about billing and refunds. This policy explains your options for each subscription type. All payments are processed by Stripe. If you have billing questions, contact [email protected].

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no credit card. There is nothing to bill and no refunds applicable.

2. 7-Day Free Trial

All paid plans (Collector and Analyst) include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

If you cancel before the trial period ends, your card will not be charged. No action is required after cancelling — you will not receive a refund because no charge was made.

3. Monthly Plans (Collector and Analyst)

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you are billed for a monthly period, that charge is final.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges and your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

4. Annual Plans (Collector and Analyst)

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the billing date. The prorated refund amount is calculated based on the number of unused full months remaining in your subscription period.

After 14 days from the billing date, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent renewal, and access continues through the end of the current annual period.

Example: If you are billed for a Collector annual plan and request a refund after 2 months (and within 14 days of a renewal date), you may receive a prorated refund for the remaining 10 months.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible annual subscription:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request"
  3. Include your account email address and the reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Exceptions

WatchQuant reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of policy abuse, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms violations.

7. Chargebacks

You agree to contact WatchQuant at [email protected] and allow us to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
