Prices are sourced from real eBay sold listings over the trailing 90 days. To remove outliers we apply an interquartile range (IQR) filter — any transaction below Q1 − 1.5×IQR or above Q3 + 1.5×IQR is excluded from the dataset. The market mid is the median of the cleaned prices. The low estimate is the 15th percentile and the high estimate is the 85th percentile of cleaned sold transactions, capturing the realistic trading band without distortion from extreme outliers.
